Of 180 applications decided that week, 156 were approved and 24 refused, yielding an approval rate of 86.7%.
A 57-home mixed-tenure redevelopment in Barnet was approved in the week just gone. The scheme replaces Stanhope House and Holmsdale House with buildings ranging from 3 to 6 storeys, and includes car parking, cycle storage and landscaping. At 57 units across six storeys, it illustrates the density planning permission is now granting in outer London.
